KEEPING PROJECTS ON TRACK

Most contractors I talk to are good at what they do and they can build just about anything.

But behind the scenes, the business infrastructure isn’t holding up and they’re losing money as a result. That’s where I come in; to help you find where things are breaking down and get them working the way they should.

Hey there, I’m Bill

I started in construction when I was 14 and spent the next 50 years working my way through just about every role - laborer, operator, estimator, project manager, and executive.

I’ve seen how projects run in the field, how decisions get made in the office, and where things tend to go sideways. Most problems don’t start in the dirt, they start in how the job is planned, tracked, and managed.
