As a fourth generation constructor, Mr. Kelton has been involved in the construction business since 1973 and employed in the industry full time since 1977. His career has included positions from Equipment Operator to Senior Vice President.

His field experience includes highway / freeway construction, large residential and commercial site development, golf course construction, landfills, surface mine support, concrete and asphalt pavements, underground utilities, bridge & box construction, manufacture of prestressed bridge girders, project administration, value engineering proposals, and design build project delivery. Career duties have included Project Engineer; Senior Project Engineer; Project Superintendent; Project Manager; Senior Estimator; Chief Estimator; Vice President; General Manager; and Senior Vice President

Mr. Kelton’s reputation is firmly rooted in the belief that success is achieved with a structured team approach and an unwavering dedication to the principles of partnering in all aspects of a project’s relationships.  Mr. Kelton has led or participated in many award winning teams throughout his career.  Awards such as Marvin Black (AGC); Partering Excellence (ADOT); and Project of the Year (AWPA) are among those achievements that reflect the professional approach that Mr. Kelton brings to any team.

Agency experience includes: Arizona DOT, Colorado DOT, Wyoming DOT, New Mexico DOT, FHWA, Maricopa County AZ, City of Phoenix, US Army Corp of Engineers, FAA (Airports), and USDOE (Solar & Nuclear).
